Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of images, videos, and related media delivered by AK3 Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this gallery, you agree to the following terms.
COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
All photographs, videos, and media content remain the intellectual property of AK3 Media unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for agreed-upon usage upon full payment. Copyright is not transferred.
USAGE LICENSE
Unless otherwise specified in writing, clients may:
• Use delivered media for marketing, advertising, websites, social media, and internal business purposes
• Share images with media outlets for publicity related to the event
Clients may not:
• Sell the images
• Alter the images beyond basic cropping or resizing
• Apply filters or heavy edits that distort original color grading
• Transfer usage rights to third parties without written permission
Commercial resale or redistribution is prohibited unless explicitly licensed.
SOCIAL MEDIA CREDIT
When practical, credit may be given as:
Photo or Video by AK3 Media
Credit is appreciated but not mandatory unless required by contract.
PAYMENT TERMS
Full usage rights are granted only after invoice payment is completed.
If payment is reversed, disputed, or refunded, usage rights are revoked immediately.
GALLERY AVAILABILITY AND ARCHIVING
Online galleries are typically available for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
AK3 Media does not guarantee indefinite archival storage. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files.
Archive retrieval requests may incur a service fee.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AK3 Media is not liable for:
• Loss of files after gallery expiration
• Third-party misuse of images once delivered
• Platform outages or hosting interruptions
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
ACCEPTANCE
Accessing, downloading, or using media from this gallery constitutes acceptance of these terms.
